Yesterday I was playing in the woods with my friends. We  found a Haunted House. It looked like It was abandoned. Next to it there was a Howling Werewolf. It  had big, scary, red eyes. I saw a giant moon. It showed a mystical glow and there were some black birds on the silhouetted tree. We crept into  the Haunted House. I felt somebody was looking at me! I was terrified! There were some bats circling around me! I was sure that a Monster was hiding behind the door! My friends and I ran out and we never ever went back there again.

Immersion assembly.

When I woke up I was anticipating what we would be doing. Then when I got to school. I felt
very very nervous. When I went to the Immersion assembly we were sitting on the cold hall floor.
We were listening to Mr J's weird music. I couldn't wait to find out. I saw a lot of teachers
performing. There were a lot of crazy facials. And it was funny. They made us laugh.

It was going to be so much fun this term.

On Monday we were going to do cross country. I was ecstatic for Cross country. It was a little bit hot. Maybe I would come 5th. After the years 1, 2 and 3 it was time to do our race. I felt nervous for the run. When the teacher clapped the clappers I zoomed from the start and I passed Vika. When I got up to the finish line I felt very very hot! But I had an amazing time and I am proud of myself.

On a thundery Monday we were waiting to line up to go on the courts to play The Human Knot. We wondered what to do but we were excited for our game. Then we stood in a circle and we put our right hand in and we held hands. We were falling over each other because we were not listening. After that  we put our left hand in holding our wrists. We were laughing and giggling too. But we were arguing. The other teams started to say we did it and it  started to rain. Finally we zoomed to a tree next to the fence.It was so much enjoyment but it was frustrating too. I had lots of excitement.

Hockey at Kiwi Sports

On Thursday we went to Kiwi Sport. I was nervous because it was new to me.

First we had a warm up. Next we started to play Octopus. The coach called out, "Blue shoes!"Everybody with blue shoes ran.

We started to do Tap, tap, stop. First we got our hockey sticks. It went from little to big. Then we played a game of hockey.

Then the coach called our three. I was in blue. I ran as fast as lightning! I whacked the heavy ball with my hockey stick. I felt happy. Because we scored a goal. Everybody in my team started to say
Let's go blue! whacking their hockey sticks on the ground. It was a tie and then the bell rang and we lined up for class.

I had fun because all my friends were with me. My favourite part was the tie.
